Ana Tey-Guerra was born in Cuba then settled in Dade County in 1979. Throughout her professional life, she has had the opportunity to work for Corporate America, as well as being an entrepreneur. She has been involved in sales most of her life, therefore, giving her the opportunity to discover her true passion, Real Estate.
For the last 5 years, she was the District Sales Manager of one of the largest Real Estate companies in South Florida. Currently,she is a South Florida licensed Real Estate Broker. Ana is fully bi-lingual in both English & Spanish. Amongst her certifications are Certified HUD Broker, Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), Certified Mobility Specialist by Brookfield Relocation Company, and Transnational Referral Certification (TRC). Ana graduated from Miami-Dade College and attended Barry University. She enjoys training and helping associates moving their career forward.
Armando O. Diaz, CIPS

Armando O. Diaz is the Training Director for Trex International Realty. Armando came from Cuba through the Peter Pan Program and lived in Indianapolis, IN until 1002.
He is a graduate of Indiana University with a degree of Bachleors of Science in Business, with two majors, Marketing & Finance. In Indianapolis he owned one of the largest Real Estate Companies. In Miami, Armando was the Co-Founder of one of the largest real estate enterprises in South Florida. While in Florida he became a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS). Armando has served 4 years as a Director of the Miami-Dade Board of Realtors.
